Beginning Quilting at GE Designs Classroom- Thursday, July 25th, Thursday, August 1st, and Thursday, August 8th, 2024
Beginning quilting is a three-session in-person class at GE Designs where participants will learn the basics of quilting from using the Stripology ruler to cut their fabrics, sewing straight seams, pressing, and binding. Students will make a lap size quilt using the Diana pattern, a free pattern from GE Designs. Once you register we will send you information about what fabric you will need to purchase for the class. All sewing notions will be provided for you. We do have a limited number of sewing machines available to use as well.
Register to use one of GE Design's Baby Lock sewing machines or let us know that you'll be bringing your own machine. Our classroom is well-stocked with Stripology Rulers (of course!), cutting mats, irons and ironing tables.
Class fee is $75 for all three evenings.
Classes run from 4:00pm-8:00pm CST.
